All guest musts have a booking with us prior to buying our in room decorations.
Payment for the decorations must be confirmed 2 days prior to the arrival date of the booking.
The confirmation of service is not made until the payment has been made in full for the decorations.
In the event the hotel does not have available an item, it will be replaced with a similar one.
